I'd love to get some new plants for my house that could help reduce the dust and pollutants in my home. This sounds a lot better than buying an expensive (and loud) air purifier.

You have quite a few options but here are a few that you should check out:

  1. English Ivy - this plant spreads quite quickly and tends to take over but it will do wonders for your home cleaning out pollutants like fecal particles, formaldehyde aerosols, benezene and much more
  2. Garlic Vine - The garlic vine is well known for its leaves that emit a garlicky smell only when crushed. Interestingly, it is not related to the common onion or garlic but you'll be fooled when you smell it. Use the plant to treat fevers, colds, sore throats, or other minor issues.
