<p>I'm helping to improve the efficiency on a very old (1900?) house. It has major thermal envelope gaps. One problem is that there seem to be drafts between the base of walls and the floor or foundation. </p> <p>Will a caulk work here? The gaps seem to be under 1/4". What kind of caulk should I use?</p>
